Facade Improvement- Building Remediation Grant

The City of Glidden is offering Façade Improvement–Building Remediation Grants of up to $5,000 to assist local, for-profit, brick-and-mortar businesses with façade enhancements or building repairs that improve safety, functionality, and structural or environmental integrity.

Applications will be accepted from July 1 to July 25, 2025, with funding decisions announced by July 30, 2025.

All work and expenses must occur between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026, and will be reimbursed with proof of payment. A 25% match of the total project cost is required. Eligible uses include paint, windows, signage, doors, roofing, construction, and more. Applications must be submitted by mail or email and will be reviewed by the City Council.
